The Borough
Book clinic, salon, fitness and play appointments near you
The Borough is a neighbourhood booking app for everyday appointments — clinics, salons, fitness and play. It finds places within 15 km of you, or lets you browse by city, and books a slot in seconds.

The Borough is a consumer booking app for the things people do close to home — a dentist appointment, a haircut before a wedding, an hour on a pickleball court, a slot at a kids' play area on a wet Sunday.
It is built around one idea: you should be able to see who is open, what it costs and which slots are actually free, and take one, without making a phone call and waiting for someone to check a diary.
What it does
Built around how The Borough is actually used
Four everyday categories in one app — clinics, salon, fitness and play.
Dentists, barbershops, gyms, pickleball courts, spas and kids' play areas.
Location-aware discovery: places within 15 km of you, or browse by city.
Live opening hours, per-service pricing and same-week slots, bookable in seconds.
In detail
What is actually in it
Four categories, one app
Clinics, Salon, Fitness and Play sit at the top level, and the places underneath them cover doctors' clinics, dentists and orthodontists, labs and radiology, salons and barbershops, spas, gyms, yoga and pilates studios, multi-sport arenas, pickleball courts and kids' play areas.
Neighbourhood-first discovery
The listing opens on your area and you can switch to another at any point, or drop the radius entirely and browse a whole city. An “Open now” toggle and a filter set narrow the list to what you can actually use this afternoon.
Live availability on the card
Every place in the list carries its rating, its opening time, a price floor and a service count — and then today’s bookable slots, inline. Somewhere with nothing left says so on the card and points you at its page for later dates, instead of making you open it to find out.
A real service menu, not a contact form
Each place lists its full menu with duration, price and who each service is for, grouped by type and filterable by audience, with a search box over the top. A salon with two dozen services stays legible instead of collapsing into one “book an appointment” button.
Verified places with a way through to them
Listings carry a verification badge, a rating with its review count, and a real address — plus Directions and Call, because some bookings still end in a conversation.
Payment at the point of booking
Checkout runs through Razorpay, so a slot is paid for and held in the same flow rather than settled on arrival.
End to end
How a booking actually goes
- 01
Start with your area
The app opens on a neighbourhood. Change it, or widen out to browse a city.
- 02
Pick what you need
Choose one of the four categories, or jump straight to a type — dentist, barbershop, gym, pickleball, spa, kids' play.
- 03
Compare what is open
Rating, opening time, price floor, how many services a place offers, and the slots it still has free today.
- 04
Choose a service
Filter the menu by who it is for, search it, and see the duration and price before you commit to anything.
- 05
Book and pay
Take a slot, pay through Razorpay, and find it again under Bookings.

Before you ask
Frequently asked questions
How far does it look for places?
It works outward from where you are, up to about 15 km. If you would rather not use your location, you can browse by city instead.
Do I have to ring to confirm a booking?
No. The slots on a card and on a provider page are the ones that are genuinely free, and taking one books it.
What happens if somewhere is fully booked?
The card says so rather than hiding it, and links through to the provider page where you can pick a later date.
How do payments work?
Checkout runs through Razorpay at the point of booking.
