Consumer Products
Brands that used to sell through retailers now have a direct relationship with the customer, and the systems to match have to be built.
The problem
Going direct means owning things a distributor used to handle — identity, subscription billing, support, the data that comes with it — usually while the old wholesale business carries on unchanged alongside it.
How we would approach it
We would build the direct channel as its own product rather than a bolt-on, with subscriptions, renewals and customer records designed for the lifetime of the relationship. Plans, expiry tracking and invoicing at multi-branch scale are what our own membership product does every day.
