Financial Services
Banks, lenders and fintechs run critical workloads on systems that are expensive to change and impossible to switch off.
The problem
The core is stable and nobody dares touch it, so every new product is built around it rather than into it. Change gets slower each year while customer expectations, set by apps built last month, keep moving.
How we would approach it
We would start by mapping what the core actually does versus what the documentation says, then build outward-facing services against a stable interface so the customer-facing product can move at its own pace. Payment reconciliation, KYC flows and escrow are patterns we have already had to get right in a marketplace handling real money.
